A Year in the Ecosystem

From learner to changemaker

A student joins a leadership club at her high school. She finds her voice in the Student Leadership Development Program, crosses into the Leadership Bridge with a mentor at her side, and steps onto the Summit stage in February.

By December she's back — volunteering at Big Bold Wish, serving one of the 300 families the ecosystem supports. That's the cycle working: every person we develop becomes someone who develops others. Engagement, activation, connection, recognition — and renewal.
