Format: Two development tracks + internship and workforce readiness opportunities

- Track 1: Bold Futures (High School)

Includes leadership labs, internship placements, career exposure, and community-based projects.
Student Leadership Development Program (SLDP)
Audience: High School Students
Flagship Program: Lead Bold
Event: Student Scholarship Awards Night
Designed to equip students with life skills, professional development, and leadership confidence.
Students receive training in goal-setting, communication, college and career readiness, and service learning, while connecting with mentors and peers.
Leadership Bridge Program (LBP)
Audience: Elementary, Middle School Students & Multi-Generational Leaders
Program: Young Leaders Academy
Event: Youth Leadership Summit
This program connects leaders across generations through mentorship and collaboration.
From early leadership exploration for younger students to community panels and summits for adults, LBP builds trust, confidence, and connection across age groups.
Community Leadership Development Program (CLDP)
Audience: Families, Community Members, Nonprofit & Business Partners
