The Bold Foundation is a Palm Beach County–based nonprofit dedicated to bridging generational leadership gaps and empowering youth from low socioeconomic communities with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to lead with confidence. Founded by Charman Postel, a first-generation college graduate and entrepreneur, Bold provides equitable access to leadership development, education, and career pathways through innovative programs, community partnerships, and real-world learning experiences. With a mission to build opportunity for leaders daily, the organization is creating a stronger, more inclusive pipeline of future leaders who are prepared to make meaningful impact in their schools, workplaces, and communities.

What is BOLD Foundation, Inc?
BOLD Foundation, Inc is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization that provides opportunities for leaders daily by supporting, educating, and empowering current and future leaders.
